Sunset over Seattle seen from Beacon Hill

An iconic view of downtown Seattle taken from the South side of the city at the base of Beacon Hill. I waited for nightfall and was treated to a spectacular sunset. Using longer exposures blurred the traffic on i-90 (foreground) and i-5 which passes through the heart of the city. Lots of resolution in this shot due to the panoramic stitch method meaning very large prints will present massive detail.

The Prints

The TruView TruLife print is truely the top of the line when it comes to wall prints. The glass surface is highly scratch-resistant, is static-free, and dramatically removes distracting reflections. This glass protects the archive-quality print below and lets it shine through. The print mounts to the wall using an aluminum sub-frame that floats the surface 3/4" off the wall for prentation depth.

Compared to Metal Wall Print: +thicker +less reflections +no static +archival

These rigid glossy prints are factory-coated with a white base layer. The photograph is first printed with inks then layed over the metal print and pressed together at high temperature. When the ink heats up, it becomes a gas and transfers off the paper and into the surface of the metal print giving it weather resistance and longevity.

Compared to Acrylic Wall Prints: +lighter +heat-resistant +can be more vibrant due to no glass
